Let me introduce myself, I am Valentina.
My name is Valentina Lanzini, and I am a pastry chef from Como with more than 15 years of work experience in the sector, acquired with professional experiences in Italy and abroad (France and Australia).
Some of the places that have contributed to my training are:
the Armani café in Paris, Le Jules Verne by Alain Ducasse on the Eiffel Tower (1 Michelin star), the Golf Club Villa D’Este, the Sereno in Torno (Berton al Lago restaurant - 1 Michelin star).

At the atelier I want to create new desserts tailored to the requests of each customer, handmade like a haute couture garment, that know how to combine tradition and innovation.
In this way, each dessert will become not only a product to be enjoyed, but also a personalized work of art, capable of telling a story and evoking emotions, blending high-quality ingredients with modern and creative techniques.
